Visa is needed !
All visitors to Socotra island require a Yemeni visa, but don’t worry—we handle the entire process for you. With our expertise, obtaining your visa is really easy. Simply provide us with a photo of your passport’s main page, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Once your visa is secured, we’ll email you a copy for printing, which you can present at the check-in counter. Upon arrival at the Socotra airport, we’ll be there to greet you with the original copy of your visa.

Cancelation policy
Regarding cancellations, if you find yourself unable to travel and need to cancel your booking, we’re here to assist you in securing a refund for your flight tickets.
While the WTS tour deposit is non-refundable, we strive to help you with your flight ticket refund process.
Please be aware that the cancellation policy of the charter flight operator, Emirates Aviation Services, applies as stated on their tickets: ‘Ticket refund must be requested 8 days before departure’ (with a penalty fee of 400 AED).
Modifications or cancellations within 8 days before departure are not permitted.
In the unlikely event of the airline canceling the flight, resulting in the cancellation of your tour by our company, rest assured that you will be reimbursed the full amount of your deposit.
